Congratulations to the RCoH.

Our “OPEN HOUSE” coupled with our “JUST ASK” program last Tuesday at the Royal has to be claimed as an initial success.

The figures are not all in but we had between 20 to 30 potential new members (we had quite a few people that did not sign in and/or leave their information *.)

A REMINDER:  
On Page 9 of the ABC’s of Rotary, it states…  “Individuals MUST BE ASKED to join Rotary; thus, it is EVERY member’s responsibility to identify and invite prospective members.”

THE PROCESS:                                                   
The process is very simple. All you have to do is…

1) Just Ask. If they accept…

2) Hand or mail them our club’s Membership Envelope, or                                                                  
2a) Call into Mary (and give her their information and she will mail the Envelope to them.       
3) Contact them with a verbal invitation to attend a specific club date and time.                       
(The most successful way is to pick them up and escort them in).
